With full service, our professional installers measure and install your window shades with a turnaround time of 5-10 business days. Alternatively, measure your windows yourself and place your order online at www.shademonster.com to have your shades ready for free delivery or pickup in 2-3 business days.

ShadeMonster offers free shipping within the contiguous United States for any product under certain sizes and weight restrictions. For items over the maximum restrictions, the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping carrier.

If you find that your measurements were slightly off, we will work with you to find the best solution. Our products are all custom made to order so it is important to consult our measuring instructions prior to ordering. If your window treatment is too wide, we may be able to cut it down in width to the proper size for you at no additional charge (depending on the product, fabric, and width). If there is a different issue with measurements, such as the product is too narrow or the length is incorrect, we will remake the product in the correct dimensions at 50% off. Limit of one remake or replacement per product. Offer valid for 30 days after the order date and must be replacing the original window treatment purchased.

Due to variances among computer and smartphone monitors, the depictions of the colors you see may not be a true representation of the actual color of the fabric or material. Take advantage of our free sample program and order samples of our actual products prior to placing your order. Be sure to order samples of the exact product you are interested in purchasing as color names are not the same color from fabric to fabric due to different manufacturers. To ensure that any wood or faux wood blinds have the best possible match, ShadeMonster strongly recommends ordering all of your blinds at the same time so the wood is colored from the same dye lot.

The best blinds for large windows are motorized roller blinds. Adding motorization to large window treatments assists you to adjust them so you don’t have to worry about pulling cords to lift large, heavy blinds.
ShadeMonster recommends going with waterproof vinyl roller shades or moisture-resistant faux-wood blinds for bathrooms.
Inside mount indicates that the blinds are installed within the frame of your window, while outside mount blinds are installed outside of the window frame. Outside mount can be installed above the window frame or on the face of the window trim.
Dusting your window treatments weekly (or more depending on how often you roll them up and down) will help keep them looking new. Adding a fascia to your roller shades can also reduce dust build up by covering the roller tube. Once a month use the wand attachment of your vacuum cleaner to do a more thorough cleaning of your window shades.
To remove dirt or small stains, first use a damp cloth to dab and gently massage the spot. If the stain persists, try using a mild detergent. Make sure to always use a light colored cloth to keep the stain from spreading!
