Two Communities, One Vision
Shalimar East and Shalimar West are contemporary multifamily communities located in the Plantation Midtown District of South Florida. Developed by TM Residential and TM Real Estate Group LLC, the projects were designed to provide modern residences with thoughtful layouts and inviting shared spaces.
Shalimar East was the first building to be completed under TM Residential’s leadership. Its success led directly to Shalimar West, a five-story, 240-unit garden-style community built by ANF Group in partnership with Stiles.
To deliver a consistent, high-quality living experience, the ownership team selected ShadeMonster to manufacture and install all custom window shades for both buildings. Our role was to upgrade the design intent, maintain budget efficiency, and execute installations quickly to meet occupancy goals.
