Developed by Hyperion Development Group and built by KAST Construction, Ocean One will deliver 371 new apartments along with 25,588 square feet of commercial space and a 653-spot parking garage. Designed by Arquitectonica, the project will feature a modern mid-rise community with contemporary amenities including a pickleball court, fitness center, and swimming pool.
