The development, led by Third Lake Capital and Echelon, is set to reshape the downtown skyline with a 33-story tower reaching 375 feet—one of the tallest in the city. Designed by Baker Barrios Architects with KAST Construction serving as general contractor, the project will deliver 268 luxury residences alongside 15,000+ square feet of ground-floor retail.
