All sales are final and custom made to order therefore your payment will be taken at the time of placing the order. In the event that you wish to cancel your order or make a change, the request must be made with ShadeMonster Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order. Please send your request to help@shademonster.com to begin the process. Only if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of order placement can ShadeMonster offer you a refund. Any cancelled or changed order will require an authorization number from our customer service department.
